Delivery Time
All product ships from Allendale, NJ. We normally ship within 3 business days
of receipt of your order. Shipping is via UPS Ground service, so you can
expect delivery within 7 – 10 business days of your order.
If we are delayed for any reason, we will send you an email with anticipated
delivery.
Overnight or two day shipping service is available. Please be aware that due
to the size and weight of the package express shipping is expensive. If you
require faster delivery, please send us an email to
sales@steambreadmaker.com with
your address and delivery requirements, and we will provide a custom shipping
quote.
How Do I Order Online
Simply click the “Add to Cart” button located under the product of choice on
our “Shop – Bread Maker Models” navigation link.
Once you have selected the model you want, click on the “Secure Checkout”
button. The checkout page will automatically add the shipping charge and 7%
sales tax for NJ State Residents.
The secure checkout page also offers payment options which include
through a PayPal
account, ALL major credit cards and bank debit cards.
All payments are made
through the Secure PayPal network.
Once you have selected your payment method and provided the required
information, proceed to the address page and continue with checkout.

Returns and Shipping Damage
You can return your Steam Maker Bread Baker within thirty days of purchase for
any reason. Simply send us an email stating your intent to return the product.
We would like to hear why you are returning the product, but it is not
required. Please do not ship the product without email notification first.
The Steam Maker Bread Baker must be returned in original packaging and in new
condition, and we will refund the price of the product. Sorry, but we can not
refund shipping charges.
If you product is damaged in shipping, please alert us via email immediately
and we will provide instructions on returning the damaged part.
Warranty
The Steam Maker Bread Baker Company warranties our products against defects in
workmanship and materials for one full year from the date of shipment when
used as intended. We will repair or replace (at our choice) any product that
fails in normal use during this period.
In the event of a failure contact Steam Maker Bread Baker company
via email with a description of the problem. We will contact you with instructions.
Please note that the Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Steam
Maker Bread Baker. We will bear the shipping cost back to the Customer.
