The Steam Maker Bread Baker
consists of the steam generator with fill cup, stainless steel steam
chamber lid and baking stone.
Two sizes of the
Steam Maker Bread Baker are available based on the depth
and width of your oven. Most home ovens will accept the width of the
full size stone and lid.

If you already have a baking stone, you can purchase either size lid with
the steam generator and use your own existing stone. Please check the size
of your stone against the lid dimensions provided below.
Two lid heights are available; 4 inch inside height and 6 inch inside
height. Please note that the overall lid heights are actually 5 ½ and 7 ½
inches including the handle. Select the lid that best suits your oven height
and the profile of the hearth breads you want to bake.
